How To Use The ART Of A Healthier Life?



Although, most people state, they are ready, willing, and able, to do, all they can, to enjoy, the healthiest, possible, life, few, actually, do so! Whether, it’s because. it may be easier, to, say you want something, than to proceed, with the commitment, and discipline, needed, and necessary, to achieve the objectives, or the challenges and obstacles of our everyday lives, most of us would benefit, if we paid far more attention to, the ART of living a happier, healthier life. With that in mind, this article will attempt to, briefly, consider, examine, review, and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, what this means and represents, and why, it might make sense, and be, beneficial.

1. Attitude; aptitude; attention; astute; actions: You can think you can, or think, you can’t. Either way, you’ll be correct! These words, and sentiments, usually credited to Henry Ford, focus on the relationship between our thoughts, and mental images, and, how we proceed, forward. The happiest people proceed, forward, with a positive, can – do, attitude, looking at ways, to succeed, and feel good about your life, rather than focusing on, and emphasizing, the worst possibilities, and negatives! Genuine happiness requires combining this with a relevant, beneficial aptitude, and skill – set, so you might better understand your options, alternatives and opportunities, and proceed, forward, in your personal best interests! You must be ready, willing and able, to consistently, pay keen attention, to your inner self, and what, really makes you happy, in the longer – run! Doing so, will generally, optimize your ability to proceed with astute behaviors, on a regular, every day, basis. In addition, it’s important to proactively, take actions, which are beneficial to your health, happiness, and well – being!

2. Relevant; realistic; responsive; reasoning/ reasons/ rationale: Is your reasoning and rationale, truly, relevant, to achieving your objectives? Are you willing to be, realistic, in your approach? How responsive are your day – to – day, actions, to achieving your finest objectives? How often, will you commit to giving yourself, a realistic, honest, objectively introspective, check – up, from the neck – up, in order to ensure your rationale, is personally beneficial?

3. Timely; time – tested; truthful: Don’t lie to yourself, or, emphasize, Keeping up with the Joneses! Be truthful, and avoid procrastinating, but, rather, reduce your longer – term, stress – and – strain, anxieties, and ramifications, by proceeding with timely actions! The better you understand and learn lessons, from the past, the more, you might proceed, with time – tested actions, and processes!
